Can I guarantee the make and model of the car I hire?

All vehicles are subject to availability. This means that we can't always guarantee the make or model of the vehicle, as we often have varying models within the same category. If there is a particular car you require, please let us know when booking, or ask our branch staff when you pick up your vehicle and if it is available, we'll do our best to accomodate.
